AccentCare: A website redesign for multiple audiences

AccentCare needed a full website redesign that could serve several distinct audiences at once: patients, families, clinicians, and referral partners, without any one of them getting lost in navigation built for someone else.

I designed web and mobile wireframes and prototypes with accessibility treated as a first-class constraint from the start, not an audit pass at the end. That meant structuring information architecture around real user goals for each audience, and testing that the same site could hold up whether someone was arriving in a moment of stress or doing routine research.
The site had to hold very different kinds of content without losing structure: caregiving and family-support guides, 101-level educational content, service line pages like Palliative Care with their own hero treatment, and compliance-sensitive elements like a 24/7 hotline and related-resources module that needed to stay visible and consistent no matter what page someone landed on. A find-care locator sat close to the top of the experience throughout, since for a lot of visitors that's the one task that actually matters.
The result is a healthcare site that reads as calm and legible regardless of who's using it. In a MedTech context, that's the whole job.
